Please read our policy regarding non-refundable deposits, purchases, and no-exchange transactions carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Refundable Policy:
All equipment purchases made through Card & Beyond Inc. are considered made-to-order, final sale, and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless the equipment is found to be defective upon receipt. In such cases, please refer to our warranty policy for further instructions.
No Exchange Policy:
We do not offer exchanges for purchased equipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the equipment meets their requirements before completing the purchase. We encourage customers to ask any questions they may have prior to making a purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Defective Equipment:
If equipment is found to be defective upon receipt, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim or replacement through the manufacturer.
